1. Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or wrong selection. This allows us to keep our product standards high and our pricing fair.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, we’ll make it right quickly:
- Refund – Receive a full refund and keep the product.
- Replacement – We’ll send you a new item at no cost.
What to do:
- Contact us at support@aymeer.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
- Our team will review and confirm the solution within 48 hours.
3. Category Guidelines
- Cosmetics & Skincare: Due to hygiene standards, products that have been opened or used can’t be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
- Clothing & Apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached if returned for quality issues.
- Home Décor & Kitchen: Items must be returned in original packaging and condition if defective.
- Digital Products: Digital downloads (eBooks, artwork, templates, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues, our team will assist. If the issue can’t be fixed, we’ll issue a refund.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
5. Exchanges
If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll send you a new item free of charge (subject to stock availability).
